Shade removal

I have a 2003 ThorHurricane 30Q. I need to replace the left rear window but to do so I need to remove the inside shade and whatever the outer cover is called. See attached photo.

I can't get the shade removed or the outer cover removed. It seems the shade needs to be removed first but I can't figure out how to unhitch it from the clamp that is holding it in place. It appears to be hiding the clamp that is holding the outer covering in place. I don't want to force it or break it.

Any suggestions?

Figured it out. Just took some heavy-duty twisting towards me (with my fingers crossed) and it popped out. Now I hope I can snap it back in once I get the window installed.
