Another Black tank ??

Does Axis black tank have an over flow besides coming out the toilet?

Short answer, no.

Whatever fixture is the lowest can overflow. Shower for gray tank for example.

The 'overflow' in your fresh tank is the vent, not really intended for overflow. The vents for black/gray tanks exits out the roof.. where any odors generally dissipate.
