Armrest

Have 2016 Thor 25.2 and right armrest driver chair is higher than left. It doesn’t suit me while driving and wonder if anyone fiddled with theirs and was able to lower it?

I have the same problem on my Windsport, only fix is to replace the seat. The mount on the seat is welded to the seat frame. Don’t like it but finally got used to it.

There was thread that explained how to pull the arm and rotate the set point. I have the same problem, just not bad enough to move it up on the list of things to tweak. But I definitely remember it was a solvable problem.

My seats have a lever/toggle on the front end of them and I can use them to set the armrest height. Check to see if you have those. Just put it down and them pull up on it and push or pull to where you want it..

My armrests were fine until I followed directions to remove the left one in order to turn the driver's seat all the way around. That turned out to be a useless endeavor because the only place to put your feet then is over the couch arm. That was comfy but not worth the effort getting the seat around. After replacing the left arm it didn't go back in the original position but is a tad lower than the right side. Got used to it and doesn't bother me now. I don't use them all the time anyway. Life to switch up. This is on my 2017 Axis 25.2. There also seems to be the tiniest lean to the right now of the driver's seat. Could be different seating positions when driving and turned around to the table I guess. Haven't fallen out of the chair yet!

What are instructions for replacing? Maybe I can find adjustment to lower?

I found the post where it discussed removing the armrest.
Mine were very difficult to remove. It required a lot of pressure and I had to get the seat in the perfect position to remove the window side.

http://www.thorforums.com/forums/f27...seat-1869.html

Mine have no way to adjust. The armrest is not centered on the mounting hardware so I am trying it with them reversed and upside down which effectively lowers them about 1-1.5 inches. I like having an armrest on long drives so for me it's worth a shot.
