Auto Generator Start for Thor Challenger

I just bought a 2017 Thor Challenger 37TB. I think it has the calability for an auto generator start if the batteries get low or above/below a preset temperature is reached. I cannot seem to find the "how to" in the manual. Has anyone already done this and mind telling me the steps? Thank you in advance.

Our 2016 Challenger has a Magnum Auto generator start system. It's operated by a switch beside the main door. If you have the same system you will have a separate manual for the auto-start. Three position switch - Enable, Off, or Test.

I am happy to say I have the exact same system. I am unhappy to say I have no idea how to actually set it up. I guess I would like to know also, even though I haven't felt the need for using it in a year of ownership.

Start by checking the Controller settings, which should have been set at the factory. My controller is in the 2nd bay, driver's side. If those are set to your satisfaction, it's time to test the unit. Press the switch to "Test" and release. You should get a blinking green light, followed by a solid green light when the generator starts. The generator should run for 30 seconds. Simply press the switch to "Enable" and you are all set.

I did not receive a manual for my AGS, looked and found on online, then I called Thor and they sent me a similar but older version of the manual.

Now, there is yet another newer version online. Go to "downloads"

Auto Generator Start - Stand Alone | Magnum Dimensions

The settings from the factory on mine would let the batteries drain much lower than I preferred before starting the generator.

I assumed that but have no color on light which to me indicates it is not receiving power. At a loss..

Any chance there is an on/off switch on the controller in Bay Area?
