Auto Level question

Not sure if I have an issue with the auto level or not. When we set up in our backyard the other day, auto level had the MH out of level. I did the override and leveled it manually. I tried to reset the level point per the instructions in the owners manual, but it wouldn't save the new setting. (The lights never blinked as described in the manual for recalibration)

I did notice that the right leveling button continuously blinks red when trying to auto level. The pad says success but the RV is out of level.

I don't know if maybe there is a problem with the right jack sensor or maybe a master reset somewhere? Thanks.

I was told by dealer that the auto level function wont actually work unless the coach is almost level before you start. Don't make sense to me but that's what I was told.

Obviously the jacks have a limited range of travel. My units look to be about 16" long and are mounted about 6 inches from the ground so that would give me about 10 inches of usable lift.

I call BS on that one! The jacks will level to the extent of their travel.

If you follow the instructions in the Thor manual to reset the zero level point it won't work (at least it didn't for me).

I did follow the instructions in this manual: https://www.lci1.com/assets/content/..._s_Manual1.pdf and it worked.
