iam new to this forum hello every one

can anyone help me with the radio in my new vagas 25.6?
i cant get the BT phone to answer please help

What year Vegas and/or what model Axxera radio would help with a better directed answer.

Once you have your phone paired and connected to the radio, when your phone rings the radio should display an incoming call with caller ID info and touchscreen options to answer or ignore. What is happening in your case?

Yes, there is supposed to be an external microphone clipped to the dash somewhere near your steering wheel. It looks like this:



Either Thor forgot to install it (wouldn't be the first time) or the dealer robbed it for another coach that was missing the microphone. For a 2022 I'd be contacting the dealer for one. Or get one from Amazon for $15.
