Batteries: Trojan 31XHS

I've never seen these mentioned. Flooded, 12V deep cycle, 130AH.

I want to stuff 4 batteries under the steps in this Chateau. My battery box measures 27.5L x 14.0W x 9.5H. I need the stud type terminal which this battery has. Height seems more my limit than width and length for the choices they have. Anything taller than 9.5" gets too close to the underside of the step (compartment lid). All the 6V option are too tall.

TIA.

Thats the one of the main reasons I went AGM 6v. The Full Rivers fit under my steps. Only room for TWO on my model. Not sure on the height but you can look up all the dimensions on line.

I had them 2 years now and LOVE THEM. Zero maintance. Hold charge much longer when in storage (I dont even plug in my RV in the winter since I drive it every 3 or 4 weeks - but we have very mild winter too) more compacity over the OEM setup.

Thanks. Looking at them. Should I post an update or just pass on that?

I just looked them up. 12.05 L x 6.85 W x 8.90 H. Shoud fit your okay. THey were a bit wider but sqeezed in snug in my application.

I purchased locally (Battery Depot or Battery outlet). They special ordered them (over night) and then I asked for a discount before I paided them and they gave mile like 10% or 12% off. So I was a happy camper.

I'll have to try that. Thanks.
