Atwood Hot Water Heater

I am a new owner of a Thor Chateau 2011. We are having trouble getting our hot water to heat. It's a spark ignition/heat exchange, combination gas/electric. Our manual isn't helpful. Does anyone have pointers? Thank you!

We have gotten the hot water heater to work. Now we can't get the hot water it the faucet. The water pump seems to be working fine. Is there a valve that needs to be opened that controls the flow out of the hot water tank to the faucets? If so, where is it? Thank you!

I assume that you have verified that the hot water tank is full by cautiously cracking the TPR (temperature/pressure-relief) valve?

There are usually two valves that by pass the water heater for winterization. If you succeeded in getting water into the hot water tank but can't get hot water at any faucet then the problem may be that the second valve is still in the by pass position.

Thank Bruce! You are absolutely correct! We found the valve, located behind the panel under the refrigerator, that was closed and opened it. We have hot water and life is good.
