Error in drop down bunk controller

Just found an error message on the control box located in the compartment above the driver seat, I assume it's for the drop down bed? Getting 9 red light blinks. Code says "Hall power short to ground" . Any ideas?

Update just moved the bunk down about 6" and then back up.. Blinking light has stopped. No lights on now.

Hi Was reading your post and I have my left side not moving down. Is that controller you found above the drivers seat behind the "conversation mirror"??
