Trouble with rooftop AC not working

Having trouble with the rooftop AC on the Thor 25.2. Sometimes works. Compressor doesn't always kick on fan blows

Also having a/c issues. Ours is blowing cool air not cold. We can't get the inside temperature below 74 degrees,so back to the shop it goes. I suspect there is a refrigerant leak.

We experienced a brown out while on shore power today. Of course I had the AC running. Everything came back except the AC, does anyone know where the circuit breaker may be, 2017 Axis 25.2,
Thanks.

Circuit breaker should be on the converter AC distribution panel. The breakers on my Vegas 24.1 were labeled at the factory. Hopefully yours are also labeled.

My new Challenger 37kt would cool for a bit then would continue to blow but not cold enough to drop to the temp setting. I took the ceiling cover and the plenum panel off to find that the insulated partition was laying flat instead of vertical. This separates the return air from the cold air in the plenum. I added light weight aluminum angles to support the insulation and keep it in place. Haven't had any further issues.

Is that the door that opens under the seat where all the fuses are?

I have Freedom Elite 24H.
