Clacking noise periodically throughout the day

Throughout the day, I hear a single clacking noise somewhere under the our 2017 Miramar 34.4 while hooked up to shore power. It's almost as if a relay is switching with no seeming rhyme or reason.

My thought is that it's the power converter disengaging from charging the batteries once they are full. Is that is what is happening?

More likely the relay charging the chassis battery from the house DC buss. Once the voltage difference is zero it splits the busses until there is a large enough difference to engage the solenoid to cross-connect the busses again to charge the chassis battery.

That makes sense. Do you hear the same clacking noise in your rig as well?

could it be your levelers 'cracking' under stress, or the chassis? is it a 'metal' sound?

mine does this, especially at the rear... sometimes on it's own, and sometimes when we move around inside the coach. Never been able to drill down to the source, even laying under the coach for a while and watching and listening, but I imagine it's some sort of chassis 'creaking'... sometimes we can go a long time without hearing it, days or weeks, and other times it seems all day long, especially in the hot months.

As far as the creaking jacks, that is another issue that I'm slowly tackling as well. I can replicate that. I cannot replicate this other sound.

This is sounds like there is something switching. Very similar to what happens when I plug into shore power or what maybe a breaker flipping.
