Class c cabover front LED lights

Help!
I am trying to find out when to use the LED light strips on the front of my 2018 Quantum WS31 class C. I have asked numerous people at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. Nobody had an answer for me. They had some suggestions, but nothing firm. Does anyone out there use them while driving or when they are parked?

I've seen some turned on while in a campground but not on the road. It may be illegal to have them turned on while driving - - laws regarding prohibited lighting vary greatly from state to state. You'd be best off researching the laws in the states where you will be traveling. And when in doubt - - turn them out.

I'd love to turn mine off but can't figure which switch controls them. Can you enlighten me? 2017 Thor Quantum rs26.
