Coach batteries drain

My hurricane is draining batteries even when plugged into 50 amp. I have an appointment but was trying to figure out if its something I could do to fix. Help!!!!!

Sounds like your shore power is not recharging your batteries. First question. Is your Store/use button set to use. If not, your batteries will not charge. If that is not the problem, it could be a variety of issues including your converter or Trombetta/BIRD. Easy to check. Put a volt meter on your house batteries when plugged in and see if the voltage is above 13 volts. Then start your engine and take the same measurement. If it still does not read above 13 volts then nothing is charging your house batteries. You could check and see if shore power and/or your engine alternator are charging your engine battery.
