Dead chassis battery - help!

I have 2022 Tiburon. I put it in storage. When I went back 4 weeks later to get it, the battery was almost dead. When I tried to start it, the display lit up, but it wouldn’t start. I then remembered to set the manual emergency brake. The display went black and the windshield wipers began to move very slowly. They wouldn’t turn off. They finally stopped when the battery voltage got low enough (< 5.5 V). But the side yellow lights on the front were still on. I couldn’t get them to turn off. I came back the next day with an underpowered battery charger. The battery was at 3.5 V. Every time the battery voltage got above 6.0 V, the windshield wipers began moving again and the front lamps were lit. Then the voltage dropped. I know I need to get a more powerful battery charger, but I’m concerned about the windshield wipers? Was that behavior due to the low battery voltage or do I need to take it to the Mercedes dealer to get the wiring checked?

More important question. How do I get the battery charged? On another forum I was told I need to remove the battery and take it somewhere to find out if it is viable before trying to recharge it. But I don’t know how to access the batteries.

Sounds like a call to the tow company is in order.

Depending how your Sprinter based MH electric system is set up, low voltage (dead battery) can trigger the windshield wipers and other things that will make your vehicle look possessed... ( I have an old BMW, that is how I know...).
Best thing is to get your CHASSYS battery (the one that feeds the engine starter) and take it to an Autozone or any other parts store for a test for chances are good that this battery is toasted.
If it is, buy a new one and install it, if it is not, charge it while out of the vehicle and then install it and turn on the engine.
You then need to address the HOUSE batteries.
If you have a generator, turn it on, if not, check the house batteries voltage if it is charging with the engine on.
Every time you leave your MH for more than a couple of days you should turn the battery disconnect to the off position.

Tow to dealer.
I bet you have towing available to you free.
Tow it even if you don't.

Because
Once you find where the battery is you have no plan.
And
I think you're saying there are no youtube videos on the battery access.

When fixed:
Pay a service department an hours labor to give you a good walk through of vehicle components and access and use.

Exactly! You put it in much better terms than I would have.

But it can't be too much of a crisis since the OP hasn't even been back to look at any of the responses.

After the:
Where's the spark plug(basically)?

Me saying there's a 1:15 chance he'll mess it up, go to a shop

I'm a master mechanic! How dare you!
Debacle,
I'm trying to be a bit gentler.

And
This OP problem was very well accounted. Beautiful descriptions left nothing for us to try and guess.
Only skill seems missing.
