Windsport 31s Headlights Issue/question

New to the form here... after a late night dog walk we noted that the v shaped led headlights were illuminated on our 2017 Windsport 31s. We checked every source of power we could think of, but could not identify the source. Has anyone else noticed this? Should we be concerned? Thank you. Darin

Those should be the daytime running lights (DRL) - and by definition should only be on when RUNNING... lol... On some vehicles, only come on when shifted from park...

Sounds like a problem in the wiring for those - and a source of parasitic drain that over time of non-use/not connected to shore power would drain your battery...

Is the picture depicting full illumination?

No they are dimly lit. I turned on the engine and they went to full brightness. When I turned off the engine they went back to being dimly lit again.

Hmmm......when you turn the power from 'run' to 'store' do they go out?

We put it in store mode and they stayed dimly lit. We also disconnected shore power as well and no change. They are very faint but still on. They are so faint that you really can't see it until the moonlight is gone.

The headlights and all of the vehiclular lights draw power from the coach battery.
