Where is the Washer water valve?

We have a 2015 Palazzo 33.2 with the washer & dryer and the water to the Washer got shut off during Winterizing at Camping World. Can someone please tell me where the water valve is? Trying to avoid a full day trip to Camping World just for this valve.

On our 2014 35.1 Palazzo there is a hatch outside up by the dryer vent, our valves are just inside that hatch.

Good question, I haven't looked yet on our 2018 Palazzo 33.2, but see a removable panel in the closet next to it which I will try because we have no exterior hatches or vents and the only valve under the stove drawers is the ice maker...
Let us know if you find it first.

Washer shutoff

I have the 36.1, the shutoff is behind a panel in a bedroom closet. You have to remove the panel- 6 screws, and it is inside the wall.

Ok, shut the valve furvttd washer off - on is counter clickwise i think in these but some valves i have seen are backward. Connect a garden hose are pkace the end in the toilet, sink or outside. Turn water on. If you get water out of the hose you have a machine issue. One other thing to try if you get water at thr valve, is to u do yhe hose if possible at the unit. There migt be a filter screen at the washer that coukd be full of gunk. If that's not it, its the unit and most likely a connection issue or the internal pump and solenoid that allows water to flow. Similar to the ice maker. Good luck.
