I have been trying to activate my xm service on a 2018 synergy. Only channel I get is 0 which has the radio ID. I have unlocked the passcode and still nothing. What am I missing? My owners packet has nothing on either radio system in the coach.
I've had several vehicles with built-in XM. Even when not activated, I can tune to any channel; I just get the "promo/preview" audio on the tuned channel though. Are you saying you can't tune to other channels? If so, you may have a hardware issue.
I have 5 other vehicles with XM. Never had this problem. I cannot change any channels. It’s on 0. I took the parental codes off and still nothing. I’m going to do a software check/update and try that. If that doesn’t work, I’ll punt and take back in to dealer.
