Generator won't start Windsport 2019

We start and run our generator at least once/month. The last time I started it was May 31, and it ran fine for the time I had it running.
We tried to start it on June 15, and nothing. No click, no nothing. I checked fuse box, all looked fine, checked breaker on generator, it was on. Oil is fine, batteries are fine. Husband thinks it might be solenoid? Is there anything we are missing to check???

Are the house batteries charged?
Is the 100 amp DC breaker in the battery compartment tripped?
Did you try to start it at the generator?
Do you have 12 VDC to the starter solenoid at the generator?

No the 100 amp DC breaker in the battery compartment not tripped
Yes we tried to start it at the generator, nothing, it's dead

With a voltmeter from the power side of the solenoid (+ 12 VDC) to ground.
You can also test the solenoid by jumping the control contact just like the old Ford vehicles.

you might also check fuses, may need to replace one that controls generator

How much gas do you have? Have to have more than 1/4th or it won't start.
