You can use the stick on levels, or you can use an electronic level, or you can use a phone app. There are many ways.

When we first picked up the Axis I used a Camco RV EZ Level (Amazon). Just threw it on the floor and checked for level.

I've since installed a Level Mate Pro which makes things a little easier as it indicates how much to raise a wheel in inches to be level.

Basically you get some lumber or some of the "lego blocks" (Lynx levelers--amazon); measure how out of level you are and put the blocks under the appropriate wheel (put them next to the wheel and drive up on them).

Of course you could just spend the $$ for some jacks and press a button...boom level.

I just found another feature on the F550 dash under the Compass/Off Road settings that show a digital side to side and front to back level indicator (similar to the older jeeps). It works perfect!! I opened the display and leveled the coach in the manual mode. As the onboard leveling system reached level...the gauges on the dash went to zero degrees. Now I use the dash exclusively for leveling.

I put the levelmatepro inside the closet on our 24.1. The LMP doesn't have to be level when you install it since you have to calibrate it (level the RV and then tell the LMP the RV is level).

Gritz: That is very cool that they "left" that feature for you from the F-Series chassis.

I wish I had levelers...but in reality I haven't had too many issues without. Only a few times where I've had to use blocks and fight with it.

That 3 degree/6 degree thing is the fridge manufacturer's spec
If you want to know more, check out this guy's web site.... even if you're not interested in his product, there's tons of info scattered throughout his site...have to do some digging to find all of it
