I know they're drain valves but....

Can someone tell me the difference between to two? 2013 Four Winds 22E. The little white on is the dvrs side under the dinning table and the red and blue the left right corner underneath.

Blue and red are hot and cold low point drains. Not sure about the white.

White one could be a drain for the water tank.

So if I'm gonna sanitize the tank\water system I'm using the red and blue correct?

You’ll use all three. Fill the fresh water with sanitizing mix and then run to all faucets. After waiting the required time drain the fresh tank with the white valve on the side and drain the hot and cold supply lines with the low point drains. Repeat with fresh water although you probably won’t need to use the low point drains for the rinse as it’ll just flush out with regular use.

Bypassing the water heater correct?

Sir, confused by your question. As discussed in previous thread these are your low point drains. If you're going to sanitize your fresh water system then you have to do it via your freash water tank by adding clorox with a dilution. There should be a way on your rv to fill your fresh water tank, this is where you would add your bleach. Hope this helps.

I don’t. Water heater can get pretty stinky and even with the drain plug removed there will be some water left in the tank. It’s been sitting there all winter! Just flush it thoroughly. The bleach smell can last a while but eventually will dissipate.

I wanted to know the specifics of the drains that I found but yes I think I have an understanding of the sanitation process. I purchased a motorhome used with no manual and still learning this stuff.

Go to Thor’s Owner resource page, register your VIN and download all the manuals and diagrams.

If you’re sanitizing the entire system don’t bypass the water heater. Maybe just drain it afterward.

You may be able to go to Thor’s website, enter your VIN and access manuals and schematics.

Red & blue are the drain line for your water system, red for hot water side, blue for cold water side. These are used to drain all the water in prep for winterizing (if you live in a winter cold climate. Note: You will find that the entire water system, i.e. plastic pipes, are color coded, i.e. blue for cold water and red for hot water.

The white one, hmmmm...
Most likely is the overflow for the onboard drinking water storage tank. Since you said it is in the area of the dining room table, then your water storage tank is under one of the table seats (as in my THOR WINDSPORT 29M).

Hope this helps.

The white one is the fresh water tank drain.
