King Jack Antenna

Hello all, my last rig had a King Jack antenna. The one with the lights to dial in the signal. My new rig has the same King but it does not have the lights that tell you where the signals are. It does not seem to work as well. I have the phone app that shows where the tv signals are and all but I’m not real happy with this set up. Question is, am I going to be better off upgrading this to the King Jack with the lights or not so much? Is there another antenna that works better than the king? Thank you all! Bob.

The King Jack works better than an omni-directional antenna.
The Winegard batwing with wingman works better than the King Jack.

The omni one from Winegard is junk. I bought a 100 mile antennae off of Amazon and use a flagpole buddy on my rear ladder. It is much higher than anything installed on the roof and takes minutes to set up. Before the new antennae we camped in a place on the Colorado River 80 miles or so from Houston, Texas and had no TV reception with the Winegard. With the new setup, we get over 50 channels.

I have the king antenna (no lights) that was standard with my 2017 Axis. I am not happy with my range and channels going in and out of reception and am looking for a solid replacement. Any specifics or other options appreciated.
