I’ve done that a couple of times. Doesn’t help.

The algorithm is stupid. As you note it causes a bunch on unnecessary wiggles ending up with the jacks extended more than is needed.

levelers

My auto level definitely likes to over level do you know if the breaker is 50 amp and cant you put a auto reset breaker in. my breaker is under the lowest part of the mh and up on the frame real pain to get to.

My "human algorithm" is this:
Determine the highest corner.
Extend that jack to just solidly touch down.
Extend the jack on opposite side to level side-to-side.
Extend the remaining two jacks to contact.
Continue extending lowest corner to near level front-to-back.
Extend the remaining corner jack to level...
Check both directions and make minor adjustments.
BUT... I never touch the one again at the high corner.

This prevents unnecessary raising of the highest corner... that should be your starting point.

levelers

sounds like a good system was always concerned about twisting the frame but auto level never seems concerned with it.

LCI auto leveling algorithm - (1) ground (300 psi) the jack at the lowest corner. (2) Ground the next lowest jack to the preciously grounded one. (3)Level the grounded pair. (4)Ground the lowest corner not level. (5)Ground the remaining jack, (6) Level the last pair. (7)Adjust the fine level by jack pairs to avoid racking the coach.

How do you people extend a single jack? My LCI system only operates jacks in pairs to prevent frame twist.

And for the OP - The leveler system uses the same 100 amp DC breaker that goes to the generator for starting.

That is essentially true. Manually you only have control of pairs down and all jacks up. In AUTO mode, the first jack moves by itself until grounded (the one showing the most combined tilt). The computer then selects an adjoining jack with most tilt and grounds that. The computer then opens the two valves simultaneously to level the coach as much as possible using only those two jacks. The computer then selects one of the non-grounded jacks that has the greatest out of level position. Once the third jack is grounder the computer checks to see if that jack paired with one of the previously level jacks could help in leveling the coach. If that helps the level, the recently grounded jack will be paired with one of the level jacks and jacks rill receive equal pressure as the coach is leveled some more. Finally, the last jack is grounded and paired with one of the adjacent jacks to completer the final leveling attempt. After checking the final level the computer may make final minor adjustments to get the coach within 0.2 degrees transversely and 0.1 degrees longitudinally. If your Rapid Camp has the level function on it, you can get out and watch the jacks move one at a time if auto is selected.
Properly installed, tilt computer is located the near the center of the coach above the driveshaft. Attached to it is the longitudinal level remote. It is about five feet from the main computer either toward the front or rear. On the shorter coaches, it is always to the front to avoid the tanks. The remote is necessary on the longer coaches because some people are more sensitive to tilt when moving longitudinally rather than transversely.
