Wheel alignment and tire wear

I know some of you have labels on the dash telling you to have the alignment checked after loading but has everyone that doesn't have such a label have it checked?
Had severe tire wear on left front and when checked found alignment out by 3/16".
Since I have a solid front axle with all the steering gear attached to it don't see how alignment can change significantly as load changes and am drawn to the conclusion that it was wrong when it left the factory.
Anyone have evidence to the contrary?

It appears everyone must have an alignment done after purchase...you can send invoice to Thor in hopes that the Warranty will cover the expense.

Alignment

all motor homes should have an alignment done right after purchase whether you have a sticker saying so or not.The chassis comes aligned as is from the factory, then the coach builder adds thousands of pounds to it.Load your coach the way you would when traveling and then take it to a professional truck alignment shop.Expect to pay from 2 to 4 hundred dollars for a pro alignment. If someone tells you they can do an alignment for 69.95 walk away as they are clueless! If you are as much a pain in the butt about your vehicles as I am,have it checked every year to year and a half.A lot of people may think that's too much but. I would rather have an enjoyable ride with less worries.
