Lippert slide adjustment ?

Recently took my PD31 up to the Thor factory service center to get the slide worked on. They did some adjustments and the slide worked great. Drove it home and it looks like I am starting to have the same problem all over again. The problem is it looks like the slide has shifted to the rear or the coach. This causes the cabnets to rub on the step when you put it in and out. Last time it rubbed so hard it caused the cabnet to catch and bow out and crack while putting the slide out. When I left the factory I had over a 1/4 inch space between the cabinet and the step. Now I'm back to rubbing . The pic is sideways.

The adjustment they did was terrible. Take it back and make them shift at the other way. They used a long spring to do mine

The problem is they are 7 hours away . There was what looked like decent clearance when I left there. I'm curious what keeps the slide from moving either towards the front or the back of the coach ?

The tech actually told me that for the slide to be correctly centered it needed to go even farther towards the rear of the coach. It's almost like the cabnets were not set in the right place. He took some off of the edge of the cabinet. I'm debating on just taking more off the cabinet. But I'm curious how the slide is adjusted .
