Found out our dinette needs a filler cushion to use the bed.
Didn't have one on board when we bought it, now that we're ready to take the grandkids on a trip, we find out.
We leave Monday, Thor said it should be here in a month. Dealer hasn't returned my call yet.
I miss my old 5th wheel.........

On ours the seat backs are the fillers, obviously yours is different.

I would ask nicely if your dealer could give you one out of another rv and if that didn't work, I would demand it, maybe in front of some customers at his place of business.

On our Challenger the dinette seat backs form the middle of the dinette bed, covering the table. Does it not work that way on your Challenger?

Ours is a 33.3 and it is a separate item as well. Ours is stowed under the master bed, with the ladders.

Our 30.1 is the same

We searched high and low for a cushion that wasn't there.
I'm guessing it was too heavy to carry onto the coach.

Why not just pick up an inflatable cushion for some emergency usage?
Your grandkids will be too excited about the trip; to notice the difference!

In my ACE 30.3 it was in the bedroom closet. Maybe you could go to the dealer and check another model like yours to see if it has one. If so, suggest he give it to you and when yours comes from Thor, you will replace it.

I called and asked them to check another unit but they said they were swamped and couldn't do it .
Got one on order.

And that response would be a "NO" we've sold you an RV already and we're more interested in the people on the lot looking than the ones that bought one here!

Last time it was a major problem, a roof leak.
He must've chewed some ass because I got a call from the service manager as soon as they opened and they had a driver come and pick it up an hour and a half layer. We're 70 miles away, they got the job done, filled the tank and had it back to me in a week, no charge.
