Miramar Electric Panel issues

I own a 2019 Miramar 35.2 and we truly love it. The electronic control panel has an option of downloading an App (MIRA) to control the panel from afar. After months of the panel working GREAT, I downloaded the App to my phone. The moment that I did/activated the App, the electric control on the RV started a screen distortion whenever you touch a button - any button. Has anyone else experienced this / have solution?? Thanks!

Interesting you say this. I noticed on the panel the distortion the other day and did not put two and two together. I will try to recreate this issue in a few weeks as the RV is sitting at a relatives house while we visit family. Hopefully someone else may be able to test this prior to me getting to the rig.

My problem went away. I saw that the app wanted to do an update. I downloaded/installed the update. After short trip on battery power/engine, I set up camping site. It fixed its self. I have no idea if anything I did helped/fixed the problem, but the panel is back to normal. ������
