Navigation not working

Hi am am traveling and my navigation won’t work I get the following message
It’s a Axxera avm111nav

\sdmmc\mobilenavigator\mobilenavigator.exe

Can anyone help

I see no responses to you so far......and while I don't have your radio/nav system, I have seen lots of negative comments about this brand. One sample attached if you have not already seen it......provides a manual and reset button info.

I got the same message on my AVM72NAV. They had to replace the unit under warranty. Sorry.

First thing is the reset, by poking that little hole with a pin or small nail. I think ours had two little holes and one of them did nothing.

Did you go to the Axxera website for a manual? It might have troubleshooting. Maybe there is a firmware update.

Like Mike, you may need a replacement radio. If you are paying for it, there are better replacement choices. Please tell us how you resolve this.

I have a Hurricane34j and it has the Axxera AVM211Nav. Mine did that ant it meant my navigation maps needed to be updated. $99.00 later and it works.

I had let my radio sit for about a month and when I turned it back on I have no navigation.
I updated the navigation SD CARD and still no navigation. When I turn on the unit it tells me No Signal then Just tells me “No Map”
I pulled the unit out and all connections are tight.
Even the radio is having trouble pulling in stations.
The radio was working great before this happened.
I have reset it and it still is not working properly.
I have downloaded both the radio manual and GPS manual and absolutely no troubleshooting for the GPS. Very poor instructions. Not a happy camper.
