Anyone else had problems with Thor palazzo slides?

Trying to contact Steve Reed at factory for service. Can't so far get a call back.

is your ignition engaged or is your battery disconnect set to "store"?

My problem is not that I can't get slide in. Problem is gears are stripping off of slide motor. Chewing up track.

Locate the control boards and unplug both the motor connections. You can push the slide in. Just plug the motors back in once the slide is back in.
