It would help to know what model coach you have. Vegas use different systems from Hurricanes.

I have a 2016 Hurricane s31. You need to find the control box and on the box it will tell you what to do. Ours is in the cabinet above the drivers side.

Every time you press the up/down rocker switch twice in rapid succession, the controller resets itself an all the lights will go out. To get the trouble light, you must push and hold the rocker switch in either position and until the bed stops moving while holding the rocker switch in. Now look at the controller lights just after you release the switch. The you will get one or two flashes of the green LED and 2 to 9 flashes of the red LED. That will indicated what your problem is with the motors. I suspect you will get a motor overload (5 flashes) which indicates the bed is jammed and motors not synchronized. Unfortunately emergency override will not cure this problem. It will take some force in conjunction with the motors to free the bed. With the bed free, but not level you can milk the bed full down in small up/down movements. Then is fully down and level, hold the rocker switch down for about 5 seconds and that will resinc the motors. Never move the bed part way. You should always move it to one limit or the other.
An Internet search will bring up LCI's trouble shooting manual. Search for {Schwintek In-wall slide system}
