Overhead bunk problem

Hi all, I'm fairly new to this forum-

I have a 2019 Thor A.C.E. 30.4 and it has the over the cab bunk bed. It let's down with a key and a switch but is not letting down even across the width. It lets down on rollers that are on each side and they ride in angle irons attached to each side. The passenger side is very close to edge but the drivers side is almost out to the edge. As a matter of fact today the drivers side fell off the angle on the front edge! Has anyone had or heard of this issue and if so how did you fix it?

It sounds like it was mounted out of alignment. Has it always been this way? It’s definitely something that would be covered under the factory warranty, if you’re still under the 1 year mark.

Unfortunately the warranty is up of course! It's been getting progressively worse until the leading edge roller just dropped off the angle. I looked for a troubleshooting guide or instructions on the Thor site but there doesn't seem to be any. I can only imagine the problem it would be if someone was on it.
