No power to generator

I have a 2003 four winds hurricane. Power from the house battery goes straight to a box labeled battery control center. There is no 50 or 100 amp breaker between it. From there, the cable goes underneath the rv to the generator. But there is no power going to the generator. If I can post a picture I can show u where I beleive the cable leaves the box going to the generator and when I test both sides if that there is power going into the little gray box and no power showing that there is power coming out of it. I feel like that is the problem but not even sure what that gray box is to replace it. I also have a 15a fuse in the middle of all the fuses that shows no power even though the fuse is good.

Hard to see by the picture orientation but maybe that gray box is a resettable breaker or thermal overload?

I was able to reset that breaker, still no power to the generator. That breaker ended up turning on the lights to work off of the battery. So I’m still stuck with no power coming from the wire that’s going to the generator. There is no breaker along the route of the wire atleast that I can see. There are 3 solenoids behind that computer, but I’m not sure if any of them controls the power to the generator.

U were right about being a ressetable breaker. Just couldn’t find the hidden button. Turns out that controlled the lights working off of battery power. Not the generator power which is what I’m looking for…

Well obviously the grey box/breaker is in line to the house DC buss, not the generator. The BCC has all the relays/fuses/connections for most of the RV's DC power distribution. If the generator supply cable indeed comes from the BCC (I'm not sure it does - it's very easy to get mis-tracked when chasing cables in wiring harnesses) the you need to get a manual for the BCC, open it up, and do some investigating/troubleshooting in there for the cable that leaves there and goes to your generator.

On my Hurricane the one house battery cable (+) goes to a stud to split off one to the generator, one to the hyd. pump and one to the BCC, that stud is in the back of the battery compartment.
I do not believe the generator power should go thru the BCC, too many amps.
People also talk about a inline CB for the generator or hyd. pump cables... I have not found any on mine.
