2018 Windsport 29m External Kitchen Plumbing

The attached photo are the water lines beneath the fridge in my outside kitchen (after taking out the tilt drawer tray) and peering underneath. Anyone know what the “rings” on the black water line connections are for? Never saw those before.

I would guess they are for draining the water when winterizing.

Kind of what I thought too but not sure how they work. Given their location I didn’t want to start tugging on the rings. Trying to get smart first (for a change).

That's exactly what they are for. If Mlleml looks on the opposite side of the floor from the rings he should see the drain lines.

I see the drain lines. How do those valves work? Are they spring loaded so they drain when you pull the ring and then close again when you release the ring? Sorry for all the questions; just new to me.
Thanks again.

They are the "low point" drain for the outdoor kitchen. Just pull straight UP on the split ring at the top of the black cone-shaped part and water will flow out the bottom.

As I recall (don't do much winterizing here in Florida) you pull to open and they stay open until you push to close. There are detents in both positions.
