Rear Speakers - 2017 Thor Four Winds 24F

We are new to the RV world and our new to us MH is equipped with an Axxera radio system.

The rear speakers located above the bed in the slide are not working. They appear to be connected properly and we've checked fuses.

Any thoughts on what the problem could be?? We'd really love to have sound in the back of our rig. Thanks for any thoughts and suggestions.

Check the a b switch to make sure speakers are on?

Not sure which radio model you have, but on my AVM80, the speakers are chosen with the two icons circled in red in this picture. Zone 1 is the "cockpit" speakers, and Zone 2 is the rear speakers.
