it's doubtful you'll find a 'rv' specific electrician, but finding any general electrician who KNOWS rv wiring is important - you are not only dealing with the typical electrical wires and wiring, but BATTERIES... one option might be to contact or take your RV to an aftermarket car or truck installer, who already deals with high-performance speaker installations, where they sometimes have more knowledge of Inverters, and especially battery banks.
An RV dealer might have the knowledge, since they deal with RVs with inverters, but having them wire specifically for a new installation in an existing coach might not be as easy.

Look for a shop that does RV solar installation. They'll have the knowledge and skill to do a clean job. I did read here that Redlands Truck and RV is a good shop for suspension work but they also do solar, give them a call, 888-249-1024. If they can't, ask for a recommendation.
