Side shades 2018 Axis

On our used Axis, there were no side curtains or shades at the driver and passenger windows. Our dealer installed some but they are not great. I'd like to know about the original configuration. Was the roller shade up against the window and the curtain inboard of that? Or the reverse?

Roller shade outboard. If you need first rate custom fit roller shades I recommend MCD. They’re expensive but absolutely top notch.

Thanks. That makes sense but the dealer did the reverse. I'll change them. The rollers are cheap Levelors and maybe I'll upgrade later.

Speaking of MCD though, it appears that the kitchen and sofa shades are MCD without the MCD logo. The pull matches the bottom of the MCD front shade. The sofa shade would not roll up and I found a broken plastic part inside when I looked. I'll call MCD on Monday to see if they have parts.

Driver and passenger windows have curtains on the Axis/Vegas units with a powered shade covering the front window.
