RVMaster Unit Disconnected

Bought a new RV and the RVMaster powered by BMPRO worked fantastic for the first few days, but now it says disconnected. I am able to pair the app and control my RV features. I cannot figure out how to reconnect the controller to the RV?

I don't have an RVMaster. Maybe a trip to Youtube University may help?

Here's the manual:

Pairing with you phone via Bluetooth starts on page 12.

I am having this same problem, and have tried everything recommended by both Thor and BM.

Nothing in my 2020 Gemini works.
Did you solve solve the problem?
