Our first trip and we find out that when the AC is running it drips right in the middle of the door onto the step when perfectly level. I left the awning up once and it pr vented that but when I closed it I was I faced with a very nice shower right at the door as I was holding the switch down. Wondering if others have this issue and looking for suggestions. I know the obvious is to raise the right side a little to let it run off the others use but that would then throw the level off.
The $500,000 coaches have A/Cs with drain pumps that pump into a gutter down spout. For us, the MHSRV tech said to leave the left rear corner 0.2 degrees low so the condensate would run off the bedroom slide cover. He even re-zeroed the level so that when the slides were out the auto level accomplishes that. Works fine for both A/Cs.

My Miramar's auto level is set to have a slight tilt to the driver's side. I once manually leveled and found the toilet would plug up right underneath the bowl, requiring me to physically move the "stuff" away from the hole with a stick (yuck). The AC also would drain down the patio side of the RV causing the same problem you described.
My RV dealer said they programmed the auto level to that slight tilt to allow the toilet to flow better to the drain and the AC runoff to be less problematic. He also said front to rear level is critical for proper slide operation. But being off slightly side to side causes no problems.
I can't tell a difference in the RV other than no more toilet "issues" and no more AC runoff in the wrong places. Pretty smart RV dealer.
On my Windsport 27k I added a small gutter that I ran from front of slide over entrance door and window with a extension spout that now drips out by windshield about 3” away from window

There are a number of gutter kits to help direct the condensate from the AC(s) to where you want it to drain. Ours dripped over the door, so it was impossible to get in or out without being dripped on. When the leveling system was added, water all drains off the left side, now, much better.
