draining fresh water tank for winter

I have a 2013 Thor Majestic. I cant locate main drain valve to dump tank for winter.

I have the same problem with my 30FE. Schematic shows a drain fitting next to the smaller pipe that goes to the water pump. But it's not there.

It pretty much has to be somewhere around the base of the tank. You could add one easily enough if it’s actually missing - which is unlikely - but you also can just use the pump with the low point drains open. It’ll get you to the same point just about as quickly.

Get on your hands and knees and crawl under the rig. You will find the hose sticking down. Look near the FW fill port.

Yep what he said.
On our ACE low point drain is in the storage compartment below the water tank. On our last coach, a Gulfstream, the low point drain valve was right next to the water pump.

Thanks for all the great advice. I actually ended up doing what Pete's MH suggested and it seemed to work. In the future I will look in all the places suggested. again thanks to all who answered.

I was going to take a picture, but there is such a rat's nest of wires and pipes in that compartment you'd have a tough time making heads or tails of it. There's only one small pex pipe coming out of the base of the tank, and it feeds the pump. I'm going to do the pump/low point drains routine. And once the tank is empty I'll work on installing a real drain.

Go to the drivers side rear storage compartment. On the left side front there is a panel with a screw on each side. Open the pane ...you will see the fresh water tank. The valve is at the bottom of the tank.
If you lift the flap for the black and gray dump and look up you will see a white PVC pipe ...that's the drain
