In my 2016 Hurricane, there is a switch under the outdoor cabinet which turns on the macerator in the drain. Hope this helps!

Same thing for me. The switch is not particularly visible until you duck your head down and look under the cabinet.

Had a great PDI did you? As others have said it, under the cabinet and is a black a momentary on switch. The sink stopper is a two positions. Press down and it locks down to stop flow and press again and it pops up allowing flow to the macerator. The macerator pumps the waste water up into the gray water tank; same place as the kitchen waste water goes. The propane outlet is low pressure (11 inches of water), so if you buy a grill, it cannot have a low pressure regulator in the line. Some outdoor frigs have the temperature control on the back side of the fridge. There is a small removable panel in the bedroom than can be used to access the control. Depending on your bedroom wardrobe design, it can be behind a drawer. Good luck with your new toy. We are here to help.
