As stated above this is not unusual, the concern one should have is not how old the chassis is but how "old" are the tires on that chassis.

And maybe change the oil. Mine seems to have been in the engine for about 16 months even though the machine only has traveled 1000 miles or so.

me too 2012 chassis, 2013 coach, but chassis was about 4 months old when coach built

Ours is a 2016 chassis and 2017 house but State of California DMV licensed it as 2017 and the insurance company also recognizes it as a 2017.
