Windshield washer not working----again

Not big deal, but this is the second time my washer stopped working and I wanted to check for a blown fuse before going back to Thor for another pump.
Does anyone have the fuse number handy for the washer pump or can you direct me to a wiring diagram?
Thanks.

Just did a quick search and found a post that said the wipers and pump are on the same fuse. If that is correct, my pump motor is toast since my wipers are working ok.
Thanks.

Check the pump maybe the connector popped loose.

Good idea. Will check that before going back to Thor.
Thanks

The wire to the reservoir is very easy to remove - did it yesterday when filled with windshield washer fluid.

There have been complaints about wiring connection to the wiper/washer switch on the dashboard.

I'll take a look under the dash at the switch also.
Thanks

Hi, check that the actual pump motor works, they just pull straight out of the reservoir (check with 12v battery). If it is a Peterbilt one, they often fail.

Screen washer pump. (Found direct replacement for the original Peterbilt one at Autozone, TAAP part No. 6-702 $17) might save you gas money on a trip back to the dealer...

Have a Brand new ACE 29.3 washer pump was actually burnt out. Before calling the dealer for a replacement pump the mechanic who lives next to me showed me how to easily replace the pump by simply disconnecting the fluid from the reservoir tank and disengaging the pump. The pump can actually be popped away from the reservoir in a single half pivot movement . The mechanic drove to the Autoparts store matched the old pump with a new pump and snapped it back in. Cost was $ 18
Week later dealer sent me replace tank and pump assembly. Spare Parts

Back home from trip. Pulled the tank and pump out. Yes, it is the pump that is dead and it is the Peterbuilt # YB13-12-066011 as noted on the pump. Will see if the local Autozone has one and thanks for the ref. # Tex.

My 2016 SiestaSprinter, MB chassis. Last trip, Windshield washer did not work, (probably never did) checked CB,s, power to pump etc. Found the tubing from the pump to the wipers was crushed by a tie wrap around the tubing and 2 wiring bundles inside the the drivers side fender. Sometimes I'm lucky...

I had very low flow to the wiper blades. There is a one way valve between the tank and the blades. Mine was filled with dried windshield fluid. Tried cleaning with soapy water and alcohol. I finally poke a nail in it and broke the gasket. Works great now.

The windshield washer pump didn't work on our newly purchased used 2015 Thor Windsport. I could not find a replacement pump at any auto parts store or on line. I went to an RV dealer and bought one for almost $30. What a rip off.

Mine went out while it was in a Ford shop and they changed the fuse and disconnected the motor. I got a replacement through warranty and I bought one from Autozone to keep as a spare. I keep it in the unit. I think it was 15-17 bucks. The part number is listed above.

I just checked the photo of the pump on the AutoZone webpage and it is not the same as in my Windsport.

I can't remember if I posted this or not, but found my replacement washer pump at Advance Auto and it the part was an ACI #172186. Fit right in the tank. Don't remember the cost, but was not all that much.

Have a 2015 29.2 with a nonfunctioning washer motor. Is this covered under the Thor warranty, or the Ford chassis warranty?
