Switches Just Inside Door (2014 Thor Challenger)

As I start to get my head wrapped around the technical end and where everything is I'm very surprised that THOR didn't label the black switches just inside the entrance door on the left. So far I've labeled two of them. One is the outside light, the other is the inside coach lights but still trying to locate info on the other switches. The run through guy told me what they were but with so much info I can't recall what the others were..lol. DOH!!

yet another reason for videotaping the pdi. the only way to figure it out is to play with them one at a time. have fun.

All But 1 Remaining

Earlier today I was able to figure out all of them and labeled them for the exception of 1, a toggle switch. I wrote Thor yesterday asking them for assistance and the question as to why they opted to not label or identify the switches at the factory. LOL!

Glad you sort of have it straightened out. Which ones have you figured out. Did you get them on the video of your pdi?

Switches

Because it was in the evening lol..I was able to label all except 1.
Here's the pics. Of the 3 switches together I'm still trying to figure out what the first one is. It's a toggle.

Pictures

I guess there must be more involved in loading up pics? LOL I'm surprised they didn't simply load up when I selected "choose file"below and selecting an existing picture on my ipad and simply loading it up. Yes, any help is appreciated.

the way I do it is to go to www.tinypic.com, click browse, choose pic. under resize choose message forum. click upload, enter antispam code. when the codes come up copy the message forum code. Come here and paste that code into your post. Done correctly the pics should be correctly sized for here.

Can't quite make out the right 2 labels on the bottom row but not sure I see one for the water heater. My tt has a gas switch and an electric switch for the water heater.

I was going to label the switches in my Redwood but then I'd need my reading glasses to turn on the lights. Without the lights I wouldn't be able to find my glasses.....mmm which comes first the glasses or the lights?

Wow! Good point. We've got the same rocker switches. I've labeled them and can't read them without my glasses..........although, I've always got mine on. My wife, on the other hand, is in the same situation as you and doesn't need them unless she's reading.........er go the issue.

No I never identified the last switch. It's a rocker switch so I'm not sure. I even wrote to the THOR MOTOR COMPANY and asked them and never have recieved a reply back yet.

I can't read all of your labels. Could it be a battery disconnect switch? We have one on our ACE. It keeps the house batteries from draining when the ACE is not in use.

I'm not sure. When you push the togel switch up or down it does make a clicking sound in back. I only did that a couple of times. I didn't want to "push" my luck and short possibly short something.
