Conversation mirror

On our recently acquired 17 ace 30.4, one of the features listed is the conversation mirror over the drivers seat. Now I'm not very tall, but how that mirror is positioned, the only conversation I can have is with the overhead lights and the air conditioning housing. Didn't see any way to adjust it. The features also listed pre-wiring for air conditioning, satellite, solar charging and others. Where can I get details on the pre-wiring and how they can be accessed?

I was at Wakarusa Thor Service Center earlier this year and asked about that mirror. There are no adjustments for it. Would have to mod it yourself it seems. I wonder why they bothered. I suppose you can call it a feature on the list and it looks like something until you go to use it. I need to sit two feet higher to use it.

It's so when you talk to yourself you can actually see yourself talking back...it is completely useless. If I sit with good posture I can at least see the generator light is on when I'm driving but kinda useless for anything else.

In our former DP we had a rearview mirror, mainly because it contained the compass and outside temperature display. It was useful to monitor our grandkids, who traveled with us a lot when they were small.

I sort of agree: wouldn't it be better to just watch where you're driving?
If they're in your rig: you MUST already know what they look like!

I use a wide angle ski mirror attached by a suction cup to the conversation mirror, I like to see when someone is up and moving about when I'm driving.

Our conversation mirror faces another mirror on the opposite wall. The only thing I can see is that I missed combing the hair on the back of my head again.
