2018 Palazzo HDMI Ready?

We purchased a 2018 Palazzo and the brochure says the coach is HDMI ready
we are attempting to have a satellite antenna installed and the dealer says they have to run all the cables to do the installation. What does HDMI ready actually mean?

Not sure about you specific coach - But HDMI ready just means that all devices are HD ready. HDMI cables should be run to the TV's DVD / Blu Ray player , etc. If installing a satallite dish you may have to run cables down to your box.

Hope this helps...

Sat antennas use RG-6 COAX cabling to connect the sat antenna (LNB) to the sat receiver. High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) cabling connects receiver or DVD player to the display device - TV, vidio monitor, computer.

my 2014 Palazzo 33.3 has a 'main' HDMI cable in the Video cabinet, which provides an HD signal across the living room to the Main tv, whether for the Receiver output, or a BlueRay player, etc.
If you want to use a Dish receiver, with HDMI output, then it will work fine.
ALL 5 tv's are HDMI capable, though...

The output of any satellite antenna will be a simple coax signal, but the RECEIVER itself processes that into either a coax SD output, or the HDMI HD output - so it's not what's 'outside' that counts, but what's inside your Video system controller and Receiver.
