Hydraulic pump on 2016 Chateau 31L

I found it but wonder how in the world you check the oil level and even worse, how do you get oil in.

The hydraulic tank for the levelers on our RV has a dip stick when you unscrew and remove the fill cover. Getting the fluid into the tank is tricky, but I've been able to carefully pour it in from a one quart oil container and only spill a bit.
