Is there an override to have the slides move in and out with the coach motor running. I have a 2019 I know the 2022was updated so the slides could move with the motor running

How and when the slides function is specific to the class and model. I had a Class C and the engine had to be off to extend and retract the slide. I now have a Super C and the engine has to be running to extend and retract the slide.

You can try going to the Thor Owners Site and downloading the schematics for your specific coach to see if you can find the interlock to bypass it.

With our 2017 you can not operates the slides while running: now you can still run the motor while they are out. I have done that before.

I have a 2018 30FE, I'll check next time I'm out at the storage lot but if I recall I can extend my slides while the engine is running as long as the emergency brake is engaged and I'm on shore power or generator power.

Shore power or generator power has nothing to do with it unless your house batteries are dead or the battery disconnect is open.
