Is there a way to connect front TV to my pioneer stereo in the front?

You would have to see if your Pioneer has a video input. And if your TV has composite video output, then yes you could. Of course, you would have to run a video/audio cable between the two, which might not be that easy.

I am sure you are looking to watch TV only when your coach is parked though.
