Can you mirror your phone wirelessly or do you have to remove the radio and plug a cord in back

You should have an HDMI port on the dash which plugs into the back of the radio. Plug your phone into that HDMI port for mirroring. Mirroring is not wireless.

In my opinion, mirroring is a worthless feature on the Axxerra. It has a lousy mirroring display and is hard to see because of the distance from the driver's seat to the dash. I feel I wasted my time trying the feature when I could have been doing something else.

Yes they will but again, IMO, they are useless because the Axxerra screen resolution is nowhere near that of an iPad or iPhone 6 and the mirroring only uses about 75 percent of the Axxerra screen surface.

Depending on the phone, and again this is my opinion, money may be better spent on a dash mount for the phone and just use it rather than buying the adapter cable needed to connect into the HDMI port.

Again, this is only my opinion and other folks may feel differently.

As a not, I have tried mirroring VZ Navigator and Google Maps and both worked with mirroring.

Dave, I agree with everything you said. It works... but it really doesn't because of the lousy resolution.

I have a 2016 Palazzo and use the Axxera duel mirror feature with a Samsung S5 and it works great with as good a resolution as I could expect. My problem is that when playing music through my iPod in the AUX port or using the radio, if I switch to the dual mirror system to access Google Maps (which is very clear by the way) the stereo stops playing until I switch back. Because of this problem, I will probably switch out to something else down the road. Has anyone else experienced this?
