Axxera AVM700Ui

Oh my, boy do I need some help...we have a 2017 THOR ACE with Axxera AVM700Ui system and have tried repeatly the owner's manual instructions, I am embarrassed to say, to simply turn the system "on". The "on/off" button on the left side above the volume knob just does not respond. Tried the remote, still no response. Open to any suggestions.

Less than $500 bucks and it's never a problem again.

I hate the Axxera radio in my ACE. Eventually, I'll replace it. Thanks for the link to your upgrade thread.

My Axxera is shot. So I want to replace. I see some activity about replacement. What type and model number? And, is it a direct replacement or do I need to modify the coach wiring? This is backup info I need. I am still under the Goodsam Extended Warranty and I am taking it in next week. I don't expect very good results.

I'll be replacing mine sometime in the not too distant future.

I have a 2018. 37rb outlaw I bought in July Apparently there had been one faces plate replaced and another face plate was that was cracked again when I got it. I replaced it’d with a new plate in July. After last trip now the whole unit quit working. So no radio nav or cameras working Any one else have these issue ? Do plates and radios have problems ?
