I have no idea of the technical name but I hate that they are used for draining the water out of my Thor. Try calling Thor.

Found it on ebay . It's called a " push pull valve used on Thor units
VXLP33-06 Blue Drain with 6" tube. It comes in several colors. $3 .00 for part
$ 5.10 Shipping & Sales tax.
